November 8, 2017 - PnP, 55F. Full nose with flowers and honey. Good acid, medium weight but clean and light. Pear, apple, something a bit bitter which lingers on the finish but very nice. Chenin blanc can be so different from region/region and wine maker to wine maker. Good aperitif but better with food.

June 18, 2017 - Fully transparent, dull yellow.
Wildflowers on the nose. Lemon and honeysuckle.
A fair amount of acid on the palate, but several subtle flavors: lemon, pear, grapefruit. Nothing too dominant or distracting.
Finish is a bit sharp with a not-too-pleasant aftertaste. Other than this, it's a nice, easy drinker.

January 7, 2017 - Sat, 1/7/17, $2 Tasting (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): N: Muted; some grn apples, poss peaches? With air/warmth an earthy component goes to the top; potentially complex?

P: LM body; Round, almost swtish frt (threshold R.S.?) QUITE counterbalanced by acidity, that being the dominant factor on the long finish. Should go VERY well with varying poultry & seafood items.
