Moderate oak on texture, fair acidity. Light lemon, long biscuit finish carries acidity with it -

March 18, 2018 - In a transition period now leaving its crisp and zesty early years and evolving tertiary notes which are not quite developed yet. Distinctive peppery finish. Best left alone for 1-2 years until reborn again.

March 6, 2017 - Clean, medium+ intensity aromatics offer elegant pear, mineral and apple aromas with a lightly oaked touch. The palate is medium+ bodied with rounded, balanced aroma replays and nice acidity. It's nicely textured, balanced throughout and the finish length is excellent. Reliably tasty, year after year.
