January 27, 2013 - Very full bodied with lots of butterscotch and honey. There were moments when this wine expanded and one could believe that they were drinking Hermitage Blanc, but then it became a little awkward.

July 24, 2008 - this really is a lovely wine. blast-o-butterscotch with lacy flowers. rich and comforting texture with a wonderful fruit/floral long finish. beautifully crafted.

June 2, 2008 - 100% Marsanne and a heckuva wine. Gold in the glass, with a rich nose of honeycomb, banana, baked apple, and lemon. Full-bodied yet neither viscous nor waxy, with a great presence at the midpalate and an acidity that purrs throughout the long finish. The soft brown spices, marked by coriander in particular, are beautiful. Excellent with grilled halibut. I'd love to see what becomes of this wine in two years.

November 17, 2007 - Northern Rhones at Collin's (Chicago, IL): Light gold colour with a lovely nose of flowers, honey and white fruits. Palate shows clean peach and melon notes with some waxiness and a little warmth on the finish.

June 19, 2006 - Tasted a the domaine. More closed and mineral than the 2005 CdR Blanc (see TN). Bigger / slightly riper in the mouth, and better balance than the CdR, with which it shares certain similarities. Wait a couple years to drink it.
