April 9, 2019 - Dinner at MingHin (Chicago, IL): #21-16, 12.5% abv. Overall, this doesn't have the richness and depth needed to hold the alcohol. It's a bit thin and the fruit doesn't come through enough, leaving mostly structural elements. Especially at the price point, this is an easy pass.

December 21, 2018 - Tasted it side by side with the 2012 vintage, I liked the 2012 vintage a little more, but this vintage is amazing too. Complex and structured body, a little creamy and a great freshness at the same time. Just lovely! Glad to have some more bottles of both vintages in my cellar to see how they will evolve.

December 29, 2017 - Bottle breathing for 24 hours before first pour: Pale gold to the eyes, a spectrum of citrus fruits dominates the nose at this stage alongside some floral notes.

High acidity that is saline and mineral. Good attack and focused, persistent finish.

Decided not to impose a score at this stage given its infancy (bottle breathed for 3 days).

March 11, 2017 - Univinum wine fair (EDEKA Ueltzhöfer (Heilbronn/Germany)): Very young. Yellow stone fruit mixed with herbs on the nose. High acidity, lush mouthfeel, long finish. Needs time but enough potential.
