From a magnum. Underripe citrus, apples, pears. A LOT of autolytic characteristics. Toast, brioche (maybe toast points made of brioche?) really champagne-esque. Full bodied, and the bubbles feel great -

December 25, 2019 - Developed more than the Ruinart BdB NV, initially showing a green (grass/asparagus) note and ??, before becoming a little more toasty. Very nice, and this one is attractively priced for an English sparkler too

Assemblage hipster de Chardonnay 48 %, Pinot noir 33 %, Pinot meunier 17 %...et Pinot gris 2 %!
Assez ample et avec une certaine fraicheur,
beaucoup de pommes vertes et de levures, un peu de
pate à biscuit avec une pointe de poire.
Pas des plus complexe mais bien fait...le prix cependant,
limite à plus de 50$, plusieurs Champagne moins couteux en donne plus!
