  January 22, 2024 - Have not had a bottle of this wine for a couple of years. It is right were it was then. Decanted for 2 hours. Might be selling the rating a little sort. It is in a great drinking window.

Still some tannin, but not hard, with soft acids and a long plush mouthfeel, You’re not going to mistake for Trot or VCC, but worth what I paid. B

  April 4, 2021 - The same as a bottle consumed around the middle of last year. In a good drink window. Two hour decant. Has all the notes one would expect from a Pomerol.

  September 20, 2020 - Another delicious, overlooked, and fruity 2005 Pomerol from the value bunch. The sweetness of his wine will throw you off, but there is no mistaking the bordeaux violets that are just peaking in the first stage, and jumping in the third stage of the bottle. Good chew and structure for this full body over achiever. These are at peak and so delicious. Drink over next 3 years...
