August 10, 2019 - Domaine Pascal Cotat Monts Damnés 2015
    SAQ N° 12411122 env 60$
Belle vivacité et équilibre. Fruits jaunes, minéralité juste suffisante, pas trop tranchant. Belle longueur.
    Excellent.

June 22, 2019 - Super Sancerre, un peu moins complexe et classe que les vins de François selon mes expériences personelles. Ceci étant dit, c’est bien balancé et sera plaisant dans les années à venir.

May 12, 2019 - Toned down and a bit primary with oystershell, seaweed and mostly yellow fruit with just hints of green - lemon, melon, apples. Also a whiff of butter. On the palate medium acidity, good depth but lacking a bit of complexity. Slightly waxy mouthfeel. Medium+ lenght. Good, but not as good as the 2016. Not sure where this is heading, considering the somewhat low acidity.

July 19, 2017 - Loire Night (Bear and Star, Los Olivos, CA): Very primary, but an enticing glimpse of what should come with time (3-4 years minimum?). Classic SB bouquet of grass and gooseberry, quite floral. Tight citrus flavors. Killer finish.
