  November 13, 2021 - Deep dark fruits, cherries, pepper, other spicrs and some bitterness. Medium acid and tannins. Good concentrated fruit and body. The structure though seems to bee weakening - drink now.

  January 18, 2018 - Full bodied. Deep color. The nose is a combination of clean and earthy. "Clean earth." On the palate, some tannin but not too much. Roundness. Lingers.
  
  Having it with chicken pot pie, which is fine, but this would be perfect with lamb chops.
  
  I've got two bottles left; could have them now or years down the road -- seems it would be good either way.

  September 7, 2017 - Den var sgu meget god.
  Meget voldsom i duften, med masser af mørke sekundære og tertiære noter. I smagen mere rund. Alkohol fint integreret. Meget Malbec agtig. Stor udvikling i løbet af aftenen. Kan sagtens ligge i flere år. E var meget begejstret, hvilket var usædvanligt for en så (umiddelbart) rustik vin.
