September 23, 2018 - Three hour decant. Nearly opaque ruby magenta color. Apple, blueberry, mustard seed and subtle vanilla on the jammy nose. Brambly palate with nice acidity. Firm, full tannins on the medium long finish. This seemed a bit off to my wife and I, so I’ll try it again tomorrow (24 hour decant).

June 9, 2018 - This is a smooth drinking fruit bomb. A little acidic up front, but very smooth finish. However, it drinks very heavy and feels like jam on the pallet. Wanted to like it, but just can’t finger why it’s not appealing to me.
