April 7, 2015 - Peter's 40th Birthday celebration at Nicolas. Orange yellow. Didn't seem like a white Burg on nose or palate. Lots of lemon, lime, kiwis and acidic fruit, almost like an aged Sauvignon Blanc. Palate lacked structure or depth. Again, the acidic yellow fruits emerged, with the wine just seeming rather disjointed and one dimensional. Certainly didn't feel like a good Batard when revealed.
