May 19, 2018 - Bordeaux Blend which claims to be from all Napa Valley Fruit. Subdued nose but pleasant enough, Moderate to no tannin's, nice mouth feel, medium long finish. P.N.P. started out a little closed in but opened up over 3 hours. May even have improved with a decant. I don't think it'll improve much with more time in the bottle but it'll likely hold for another 5 years. Did not drink with food but should stand up well to a steak, chop or a Big Game Fish Steak.
