May 18, 2012 - "Pegged" cork, limited bubbles, but not flat. Probably age appropriate.
Baked apple with a hint of cinnamon. Toasted almond. Good length.

December 29, 2011 - A Beautiful Champagne .. served at a recent dinner party and was loved by all. I agree with the other tasting notes ... bright flavors of apples and pears. It was fantastic!

June 10, 2011 - a great champagne, with pears and apples. not too earthy as you might expect from an aged Cuvee.

September 26, 2010 - Great bubbles, citrus upon opening in both nose and taste, honey developed with a little time and as the temperature came up. Nice champers, though my preference is to have more yeast and butter.

July 22, 2010 - Light straw color. Fine mousse. Nose of pears, spice, yeast, some toast. Similar on the palate. Signs of maturity. Good acidity. Lovely, lovely sparkler--one of the best I've had.

January 2, 2010 - This was beautiful. Light straw color, nose of biscuits, fungi, earth, bright flavors of heritage apples, ripe pear, and meyer lemon. Finish has prominent minerals and sandalwood.

October 23, 2009 - Notes of bread and a touch of pears on the nose. The palate starts off on pears and peaches and transitions to bread and bakery flavours. There is good acid on the backend. Decanting for about 45 min. really opened it up, and did not compromise the bubbles! Very good champagne...
