October 25, 2019 - This has gotten a lot more heft to it with time. Has a bit of a blend between the green and the more white fruits in a SB. Came across as a touch heavy with most of the other wines being bubbles at the table.

June 14, 2019 - Nice white with good complexity for a Sauv Blanc. Refreshing, yet good mouthfeel and body. Notes of green apple and honeydew but little tartness. Good both before food and with pan-fried chicken. Excellent late afternoon summer white. Seems to still have some good life left in it.

January 28, 2017 - Similar to previous notes. Still just incredibly light and almost airy. Hints of more tropical fruits, but more than anything it reminds me of a mineral water almost. Goes down very easy.
