Community Tasting Notes 1

May 20, 2018 - Popped this for our weekly Sunday lunch with a Burgundy. Lively upon entry, this fills the mouth warm red berries and cola, with light soil and toffee accents, and is framed by discreet wood. Quite delicious and showed enough delicacy and suppleness to be reasonably evocative of Chambolle. My one quibble is with the finish, where the focus fades and the palate fans seemingly to infinity. More of a quaffer, but a nice Sunday one at that.
