Community Tasting Notes 2

March 3, 2023 - Toasty oak, some new (20%), almost reminiscent of Giaconda. Natural yeast with lees contact, providing at least a little bit of funk. The lovely acid profile could only be Yarra Valley. White peach, pink grapefruit and almonds. Still going strong. 13% ABV. Wow.

October 13, 2017 - Blind Chard and Pinot Tasting: Smoky sulfur, sea spray and oyster shell. Good mix of richness and mineral leanness. Lacks a little overall excitement but it is well put together on the whole.
