November 10, 2022 - "The mind is willing, but the flesh is weak" (Chicago, IL): Shows a very slight browned apple note, but this doesn't detract from the relative freshness of this wine. Less oily than most, this is almost definitely one of the most drinkable Condrieus out there; the problem is that at the end of the day, it's still a bottle of viognier. I definitely preferred the freshness here to the older 2007.

November 12, 2020 - Last bottle and none too soon. Banana, honey and yellow flowers on the nose. Palate is oily, hot and alcoholic. Has been an enjoyable 6 pack but certainly not a top tier producer of Condrieu. (84)

August 21, 2020 - Very different from the last bottle. Not oily or overly alcoholic. Actually kind of the opposite: kind of middle of the road and lacking substance. Some orange, some honey and smooth with decent backbone. A strange wine that I would never guess as Condrieu. (88?)

June 10, 2020 - Drink up. This is losing steam. Banana and tropical fruit with the alcoholic heat starting to take over. Ok but was better a few years ago. (86)

September 29, 2019 - White flowers, citrus, peach, pear, and slightly oxidative notes on the nose. Quite full on the palate with creamy richness, white peach, mineral, and citrus flavors. Good finish. Interesting and unique, but QPR could be better.
