April 13, 2017 - Color more like Sautern, but taste of Savignon Blanc - pleasant as sipping but better with mild cheese for seafood.

May 30, 2016 - Azienda Tre Monti - Imola ((Cesena, Italy)): Brilliant straw yellow, with greenish tones. Consistent.
Intense, very complex and fine- at nose. Fruity: Mango, cedar; mineral hints (hydrocarbons), Floreal (Zafran), some noble mildew...and more!
Dry, alcoholic (15%). Good acidity and minerality+. Entering wide, with alcohol leading and then keeping its structure, for a long mineral ending. Lacking a bit of fruit, but intense, persistent and fine.
    Harvested end of October
