  January 15, 2017 - Decanted. Now about 3 h later. A: Clear mineral water reminiscent of a clear stream running over rocks w a barest hint of spiced apple. P: Minerals and apples completely fused together w herbs and grapefruit pith. F: clean apples, herbs and minerals. In some ways, more about texture than flavor. Really interesting and good. Sip to sip and the bottle is almost gone. Just lacks in amplitude and depth but makes it up in interest.
