June 1, 2023 - A really nice alternative to a Sauterne, with much less sugar and an unique spiciness. Apple, pear, and apricot on the nose and on the tongue. Extremely well balanced. Lovely spices evolve through the finish including a little sting from hints of pepper, ginger, and lemon.
