Community Tasting Notes 2

February 9, 2020 - Big Cab blend that benefits from a long decant at this time. Plenty of life left. Very tannic and a bit tight at opening but smooths out and opens after a couple hours and second day. Dark cherry and currants. Great nose from PV. Higher in alcohol so I enjoyed it more with food.

May 10, 2017 - A great full bodied blend of cab with PV fruit. Great color, nose, pallet and finish, leaving the need for more.
