May 30, 2016 - Azienda Tre Monti - Imola ((Cesena, Italy)): Dark ruby red, with violet rim. Consistent.
Intense, complex and fine at nose: Red fruits (macerated cherries), alcohol+ and some spices (Tobacco).
Dry, alcoholic and rounded. Good acidity and medium minerality. Young tannins, a bit ligating. Good body, Intense, persistent and fine. Nice alcoholic entry, widening with acidity and tannins. Medium balance.
