May 10, 2023 - Reddish brown, but clear, no cloudiness.
Roses and earthy, ferrous notes, coffee.
Fruit is in a nice place, really fragrant and quite delicate. Tannins are fine and grippy, slightly too much for the fruit at this stage, but hasn't been open long.
Should improve with a bit more air and some food! -

Tannins are a bit rough on the finish, which is slightly distracting.
