May 12, 2017 - Slightly buttery, with intense lemon-zest aromas and flavours. Appears fuller and even more concentrated now than half a year ago, with high ripe acidity and a creamy texture. Very zesty and long, with reverberating flavours and a stony mineral finish. Superb!
