October 26, 2016 - I am impressed, its first Polish red wine which I recognize as very good. The wine has low acidity. It smells like black currant (cassis), tobacco, coffee, smokey bacon, nutmeg, violet and high toast. The body is medium and finishes medium. It tastes like black currant (cassis), espresso and black olive. It looks purple colored. The legs are medium and there is heavy sediment in the bottle. Interesting this wine has coarse texture.
