December 6, 2023 - Open and recork 3 hours. So wide open with lovely lemon curd and minerality. Coats the whole palate with luscious stone fruit. Lacks the laser focus of the 08/12, but so much more enjoyable right now.

November 25, 2023 - A night with neighborhood friends: The 2009 has never shut down. Still showing well, although with lemon dominating like all young Cristal. I love this vintage in Champagne.

November 21, 2023 - Open and rest for 2 hours. So wide open and luscious. Lemon curd and minerality with a backdrop of amazing fruit. This wine is so open and ready to be crushed from the first sip.
