February 4, 2023 - I suspect this wine is mostly Savignon Blanc as it has citrus on the nose and palate There notes of grapefruit and lime with some lemon on the finish. I have 3 more bottles and I will save 1 for at least 4-5 years to see how it matures

April 10, 2020 - Interesting to compare this to my note from just over three years ago. Still drinking very well and has retained the striking fruit profile. I still find the blackberry leaf very deminant, but I love the creaminess of the palate. Fruit starting to fade. Time to drink up.
Pale lemon. Pronounced aromas of grapefruit, blackcurrant leaf, white peach, vanilla. Fruit almost candied. The wine is developing. On the palate, dry, medium (+) acidity, medium (+) body, medium (+) alcohol, medium + flavours similar to the nose but with a really creamy texture. Long finish.
