May 21, 2019 - Dark, blood red; black fruit, clean, fresh; open, with an inner core, clean fruit; finishes well going through a quiet phase.

December 20, 2018 - Pleasant wine. Fruity and nice acid but with some earthy notes as well. Medium body and refreshing.

September 8, 2018 - Herbal, black pepper, burnt, rubber, bell pepper, earth, barnyard, horsey. Palate, much the same. Good amount of Brettanomyces on this wine.

May 30, 2018 - Whiffed some earthy reduced funk at opening which gradually fades. Green peppercorn and bell pepper aromas are big here. They are present on the palate also. Really pushing the envelope with that pyrazine expression. It's up to the edge without going over for me. I know plenty of people would probably be put off by it. This works really well due to the structure and palate feel of the wine. The fruit doesn't really come off as under-ripe either with a terrific feel and grace. Just enough red fruits to off set the greener notes. This drinks quite easily. I dig it. For shorter term drinking.
