  July 20, 2016 - So good I had to buy some bottles. Opened one a couple of days ago, and have been drinking it since. On the nose, a touch of nuts, sour apple and lanolin. On the palate, this shines: great texture, showing viscous body and enough acidity to keep things crisp. A touch of RS that works really well with everything else and a fairly long finish. Paired well salmon, spicy chicken, and worked well as an aperitif. My only complaint is that there is some distracting heat.

Good acidity, but nice body on the palate. Seems like a touch of RS, but nothing the acidity can't handle...this works very well. Longer finish. I really enjoyed this!
