    January 27, 2023 - Decanted and ready in 30 mins. Medium weight, with dark cherries and warm spices, some earthiness as well. Lean and really tasty, fine tannins, maybe a bit expensive for what it is.

    February 13, 2022 - C: Light transparent red
    N: Light touch of cherries, Not much of bouqette
    P: Fine grained smooth very dry tannins prominent, high acidity, light-med body (maybe lighter because of age?). Somewhat watery with hints of cherry and nougat
    S: Light body with dry tannins and balanced. Would pair with something salty or creamy

    February 11, 2018 - Wine& Food combinations, wine #5: (salty food/tannic wine). Tannins in the wine feels softer and rounder when balanced with salty food like dried or marinated meet.

    February 2, 2018 - Nice quality and balance. Nebbiolo taste for sure but less expressive after 1h decanting. Also slightly less tannins than comparable wines.

    October 31, 2017 - Grapes from Serralunga, La Morra, Diano d'Alba and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio. 24 months in botti and barrique.

    Pale ruby color.
    Youthful nose. Sour cherry, rose hips, black tea, rose petal and dry forest floor. Light and sleek on the palate with medium(+) acidity and tannins. All the classic markers for Nebbiolo is present but the concentration is a bit weak. A decent Langhe Nebbiolo that could benefit from some short-term aging.

    October 27, 2017 - Mörk röd färg med inslag av tegel. Fruktig doft med inslag av torkade körsbär, fat och lakrits. Strävt och fylligt. Lång eftersmak.
