December 25, 2021 - Had with Christmas dinner; opened up a bit but was very good straight away. Surprising amount of red fruit backed up with lots of complexity. Could taste both sangiovase and merlot. Would probably be good for several more years though the cork was not in great shape.

October 29, 2010 - Not much aroma. Hints of strawberry with quite a bit of spice. Drinking this with food really brought out the bitterness in both the wine and the food, which I didn't particularly care for.
