October 7, 2018 - Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel): Served from magnum.
The wine shows flint, lemon and mineral notes with a beautiful sea breeze fresness lifting everything up.
The wine is very rich in the palate, high acidity, ripe citrus fruit, mineral, high intensity, balanced, great texture, salty, quince scented long finish.
Outstanding quality, this is a beautiful example of Santorini. -
