December 4, 2020 - Still enjoying this a lot with nice mix of fruit, spice, and tannic grip. Does not seem to have aged much and I suspect time ahead (but this my last bottle).
June 9, 2020 - cheers - ya either love these zins or you don't....i've grown away from them....just not balanced enough for me...too fruity, too smoky, too bold.....i get you might love it, but i don't
May 28, 2020 - Vinturied into decant,
Hey, it is what it is, a jammy Zin from Paso.
No rough edges here, and really kinda went will with pasta.
Not a bad weeknight drinker, fun.
Drink now thru 2022
January 14, 2018 - Opaque Ruby color, forward nose with fruit and hint of cedar, medium body, tannin and that makes my mouth pucker, a taste of raspberry on the palate and also some fruit on the Finish
January 1, 2018 - Opened and shared at a party, so just had a quick taste, not enough to develop a full note.
September 22, 2017 - Great nose of fruit explosion with herb and spice. Tons more red fruit and spice on the palette with nice intensity that does not go over-the-top into jammy soup. Considerable acidity and tannic grip (quite tannic for Zin), especially on finish that lasts and lasts. Yum. I think this wine is expensive in Ontario ($35), but after tasting, I do not feel bad paying...
September 1, 2017 - A rough drink, harsh and bland. Not one of Peachy’s best, wouldn’t buy again.
July 30, 2017 - PNP. Very aromatic nose of fig and deep, rich red fruit. Brambly, fruit forward palate with pleasant middle of the tongue acidity. Lingering, medium long finish with firm tannins.
June 30, 2017 - Mid-dark garnet; blackberry jam, manzanita nose; mid-body; fruity; round, easy-drinking; berry flavors; but hot finish detracts. Burger, pizza, picnic wine. Although $14 seems a bit high.
March 19, 2017 - Fruity, smooth
