The palate is sublime with intense red cherry and redcurrant fruit, liquorice and with the smoky, earthy notes. Complex and beguiling with an incredible elegant intensity and length. January 26, 2023 - A formidable CdB. One cork bottle and the rest all quite consistent. Dare to outshine the la tache tonight. An emblematic chambertin with some animal notes to add intrigue and a persistent finish. At peak and will hold for years yet

December 26, 2021 - Ruby core and beginning to brick at the rim. Nose forest floor, red cherry and redcurrant and some mushroom too. The palate is earthy with spices and red fruit which is drying out a little. Needs drinking up now.
December 25, 2021 - Very nice, but more of a good pc weight. Finishes shorter than expected. Previous comments (forest floor, mushrooms, a little dried cherry) also true.
May 29, 2021 - Excellent after a couple hours of air. I loved the earthy nose. The palate and finish were silky, long, and showed beautiful fruit. Drinks well now but feels like it can age for many more years.
January 1, 2021 - Lovely wine, though one critic's recommendation to cellar until 2025-2030 feels right to me (i.e. tannic) - earth, fruit, complexity and strong finish; very pleasant, even for me, a Bordeaux/Napa drinker. Will hold my other bottles a few more years, then decant a few hours.
September 12, 2020 - Opened 3 hours ahead - still tannic edges but this is now starting to show well. Expressive nose, solid quite powerful.
December 27, 2019 - 樱桃、丁香、泥土、硬奶酪，香气集中而有活力。入口的表现略逊于闻香，加上较高的酸度，显得颇为清瘦，但单宁的质地坚实，所以风格虽瘦不弱，有一定的大酒风范。
