January 9, 2023 - Purchased at the winery, temp-controlled storage since. Bright yellow, orange tint. This is past mature. Nose has toasted nuts, orange rind nose. Medium body, some sweetness but unfortunately lacking ant fruit. Oak and toasted brioche finish. What went wrong?

May 16, 2021 - Lemon juice yellow. White flowers and baked bread on the nose. Lemon curd, tropical fruits, crisp apples with subtle oak and vanilla on the finish.
