June 21, 2021 - Slow ox for an hour and consumed over the following three. Dark violet in the glass. Distinctly black fruit aromas. Plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, dark pepper, coffee and charcoal flavors. Fruit, tannins and acidity nicely balanced, approaching resolution. Solid, lingering finish. Wish all my wines aged this elegantly. Wonderful!

December 22, 2020 - Chocolate, berries and black currants. Thick, dense, quite glossy. Probably needs more time but not my style unfortunately - very New World and too syrupy for me.
