March 27, 2017 - Citrus and herbal notes. Really lovely acidity. Acid starts mellow and then kicks through on the back end of the palate. There is something really difficult to name here. Slight sweetness, really well-balanced. Lots of that grapefruit, tropical, flinty, lemon.
