March 3, 2017 - PnP. Silvery pale yellow colour. Lemon curd elderflower with a hint of thyme and fennel on the nose. Crunchy citrus delight with a touch of herb. Lingering lemon and lime oil finish. Getting some more.
October 21, 2016 - Tree fruit and chalky mineral aromas with just a touch of white flower. Silky texture. just a touch of an herb underbelly. Bring a nice level of complexity for what appears to be a simple wine. 4 months on the lees.
September 6, 2016 - Umani Ronchi tasting dinner at Barbaracca, Godalming. Limited note taking.
Yeasty, fresh with a touch of lime zest and green herb. Vibrant, crisp and dry. Well made, as you would expect from UR, simple canapé/patio wine.
For drinking young.
April 12, 2016 - Vinitaly 2016; 4/10/2016-4/13/2016 (Verona, Italy): Pecorino here giving a wine that is fresh, with round and a bit green fruit, green apple and pear in the palate, nice body and acidity, simple, straightforward but very enjoyable, rather short finish
