  The appearance is clear and pale lemon in colour.
  
  The nose is clean with medium(-) intensity aromas. There are primary notes of floral (chamomile), secondary notes of oak (vanilla), and notes of bruised apple. This wine is developing.
  
  On the palate, the wine is medium-dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, and medium body. The flavours have a medium(+) intensity and show notes of floral (chamomile), tropical fruit (pineapple, rockmelon, passionfruit), oak (vanilla, toast), and bruised apple. The finish has a medium(+) length.
  
  This is a very good quality wine; can drink now, but has potential for further ageing.

  August 16, 2019 - Drinking perfectly now. So multifaceted with minerallity, citrus notes, some sweetness at the end. I think people who have rated this below 90 have been too harsh on what is an excellent wine.
