October 25, 2021 - Popped and tasted, initially straw, grass, earthiness, light color, and effervescence. As the effervescence fades, it is more citrus. It is very light on the tongue and the finish is not really very long, but remains consistent with citrus and straw. I really enjoy this style and the natural not overdone structure this wine offers. It was beautiful tonight with a light angel hair pasta, chicken and vegetables.
Be healthy and drink well, Cheers.
Update:
So, I saved half a bottle of this for the the 2nd night. Some of the crispness has definitely gone, but it is still drinking very well and I may enjoy it more now. The citrus aspect has reduced, but the grassiness and earthiness of this wine remains and I like it a lot. There is no bitterness in the finish. It lingers initially with a touch of lemon/lime but it is the straw/grass and what seems like the sense of a powdered clay that hangs on for a nice duration. I would have to increase my rating to a 90 on this transformation. Cheers. -

August 14, 2021 - Mineral, nice colour, but not totally impressing. Nice small, accidity, but too short…

July 9, 2021 - Drank by the glass at a restaurant. Nose of yeast and apricots. Medium-light body, medium acid. Flavors of wet rocks and green apples. Very enjoyable for a by-the-glass selection.

January 9, 2020 - Light straw tending to medium gold color. Pretty nose offering up some nice pear and light mineral notes. Palate show yellow apple and green pear, with some nice hints of minerals, which should further develop. Medium acidity. Give it a decant or leave it for 1/2 an hour in the glass to develop. Great QPR for this vintage.

November 20, 2019 - Straw. Special nose with notes of buttercream. Thin fruit and minerals. Must be flawed.
