March 20, 2021 - Vinnut describes it well. Not a champagne substitute, but an easy drinking bubbly that goes with anything on a nice day. Not a wallet-buster, so good for a small crowd.

March 28, 2018 - Pale pink salmon in color with a fine & steady perlage. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of strawberries & raspberries with overtones of floral & some yeasty notes, minerals & some toasty undertones. Medium-light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty ripe fruit flavors of sweet strawberries, apples & citrus with yeastiness, minerals & some spices. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but might benefit from an additional year or two of further aging. Very good QPR.
November 24, 2017 - A tad of sweetness, a bit laid back. Nice sipper.
January 22, 2017 - Clear, full salmon color. Fine bead in the appearance. Aromas of candied apple, wheat and ginger. Dry on the palate, with juicy strawberry and sour apple fruit notes, iron-minerality, and gingerbread spices. Searing acidity, some density to the structure, and a clean finish. Not overly complex, but pleasing.
