March 4, 2018 - definitely a nebbiolo. Not a particular memorable one at that. nothing wrong with it but didn't trigger any feeling about it one way or another.

April 16, 2017 - I will say that I was a little disappointed in this. I saved it up for a big event and had it with lamb on Easter. It was a little "spicier" than I expected out of a Barolo and not as smooth as I have had.

January 20, 2017 - This is one of those wines that CJ and I really like but Danielle doesn't. Definitely full body. It is what we would classify as a wine that brings a bit of "heat" to it.

July 26, 2016 - licorice, nutmeg, black leather, palate is dark, with chunky tannin. midpalate a bit hollow for such a big wine. Needs some time & some food to mellow it out.
