April 16, 2020 - Drank with sousvide porcelet chops. Purchased from the crushpad Carlton Wine studio in 2016. Bright ruby translucent and aromatically expressive of pomegranate tart cherries and sousbois & restrained spices, without detectable new oak. Medium minus body but gracefully lifted and balanced acidity with well integrated tannins and medium plus length in the finish. Lovely and expressive of the site.

April 10, 2020 - Menu decanted. Deep ruby color, with a pink rim. Pomegranate, lemon zest, potters clay, daisies and white chocolate on the rustic, saline nose. Bristly palate, with vibrant, sultry acidity. Full tannins on the longish finish. This has great finesse, with a salt water taffy vibe.

October 12, 2019 - Medium ruby translucent. Popped and poured. Delicious from the start and gone quickly.Elegant with a long finish. Unfortunately my last bottle.
