July 26, 2022 - Fylligt och väldigt gott vin, men bra smak och ingen bismak på slutet. Kan man dricka mera av
January 8, 2022 - Has developed a bit more weight since my last note. Very nicely balanced right now, don't wait much longer!
August 7, 2021 - Pale gold colour. Medium (+) type of yellow apples, peach, ripe lemon, butter, toast, smoke, charred wood, walnuts and wet stone. Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, peach, ripe lemon, butter, smoke, charred wood, brioche, toast, wet stone and walnuts. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Bourgogne Blanc that has matured beautifully. More rounded and developed than the 2017 vintage. Needed an hour to open. Drink now. Goes well with cheese, fish or shellfish.
February 13, 2021 - Light pale straw in the glass. Front is apples soaking in lemon lightly buttered; plus some stones. Medium bodied. Front is well aligned to the nose, Apples, lemony tinted citrus, light vanilla, bright acidity upfront and throughout, A bit hollow on fruit transitioning to the finish. Finish is apple fading out pleasantly and slowly. Nothing astringent or deterring. Enjoyable and drink soon territory for me. Great accompaniment to full roast chicken and a classic country stuffing.
January 14, 2021 - Light and mineral, some apple and a hint of citrus. Clean and well made.
August 14, 2020 - Gula äpplen, lite citrus, balanserad, vitpeppar i slutet.
Smörig, bra syra, vitpeppar i avslutet.
August 10, 2020 - Lovely wine far outperforming its status as Bourgogne Blanc. Certainly good for another year or more.
August 9, 2020 - Solid Chardonnay. Some minerality with flavor of citrus fruits. Finish is pretty nice too.
June 8, 2020 - Far beyond its possible expectations, specially the bouquet with fresh mown grass, fresh earth, almonds, vanilla, citrus and elegance (I think you can smell that too). The taste was completely balanced in the best possible Puligny style. The finish was impressive, long and also balanced with lovely bitters and still with the body from the midtaste. The last glass the next day didn't reach this level.
May 16, 2020 - An ok bourgogne blanc. Not too expressive on nose, no oak or butter, not a lot of citrus notes. Limited fruit, light minerality. I didn't record the typical Puligny or Chassagne notes others did. What this has is its own structure and identity, but it is not a wine which amazed me at all, even if on the cheap side for the area
