January 3, 2021 - Beautifully fully mature wine. Much like old burgundy really with fine lazy mousse. Probably to aged for some people but I really liked it. But admitted its time to drink up now.

February 21, 2006 - Had this on the first night in our new house. It was amazing. I was worried that it may have passed prime or been stored improperly, but we had it right at its peak. The nose had roses, with toffee and vanilla flavors. I really enjoyed it, probably the best champagned I've had.
