    May 18, 2023 - Past its best.

July 16, 2018 - Colour: dark cherry red
Nose: cherry, plum, blackberry. Cherry liqueur. Biscuity character from lees. Rich, lots of ripe red and black fruit. Sweet spice, old oak
Palate: plum, blackberry, cassis. Raspberry? Lots of lots of black and red sweet fruit. Touch of biscuity lees character. Fresh berry-like acidity, fine grained drying tannins. Bit short on the palate. Medium bodied,14% alcohol. Good, but not great.

July 14, 2017 - Bastille Day BBQ: Ashy, blackberry, bit of white pepper. Palate has decent leanness, moderate length. Decently balanced.

March 1, 2017 - Colour: deep, young dark cherry red
Nose: cherry, plum, blackberry. Dark chocolate. Black cherries with icing sugar. Still very young, lots of fresh primary fruit.
Palate: lots of red and black fruit. Black cherry, plum, blackberry. Hint of medicinal character, savoury, liquorice? Sweet spice. Rich, full bodied, with lots of young fresh primary fruit. Smooth mild tannins, touch of fresh, medium berry like acidity. Very nice. Great value. 14% alcohol.
