October 10, 2021 - Pale straw.
Bit of sulphur to blow off, then fresh pear, apricot, green apple. Nice medium+ body and juicy medium+ acid. More apricot, vanilla, hint of lemon on the palate. Like it! -

Smells of lemon, grapefruit citrus, and flint
Tastes of lemon, sour grapefruit/green apple, and a touch of orange with good minerality
Moderate & consistent acidity
After 45 minutes:
Smells of lemon and faintly burnt match
Tastes of balanced lemon and grapefruit cream supported by proper core minerality.
This hits its stride at 45 minutes and is a solid effort. Not overly complex, but refreshing, correct, reliable and confident. -

June 14, 2020 - Such a beautiful white Burgundy -- only made in the Virginia Blue Ridge mountains from Chardonnay grapes grown at an levation of 1300 ft. Refreshing and mineral with bright lemon-y citrus. Long finish. The structuring acidity, emphatic on release, is very approachable now and assures a drinking life over the next five to six years.

Tastes of tart green apple balanced by convincing minerality
Firm high acidity with fruit taking a back seat; very fresh
