January 15, 2023 - in agreement with MattMauldin, good tn, and similar to my tasting experience

February 12, 2022 - 2021 Martinborough weekend with Kai, Marion and friends (Wairarapa, NZ): I could not place the style of Maciej’s Champagne, served double blind. Leaner, more mineral, in a drier style. Spare with assertive acids, I wasn’t surprised, on the reveal, that the vintage was 2011. Youthful yet oxidised, a little disjointed. Seemingly low or zero dosage. I was not sure where this Champagne was going and whether it would benefit from longer cellar time.

December 31, 2021 - 51% Pinot Noir & 49% Chardonnay. Fine, persistent bead in the glass. Pale gold color. Aromas of toasted brioche, graham cracker, quince & white fig fruit, hibiscus, limestone earth. Piquant & bright on the palate, adding a citrus zest note the fruit profile, with secondary depth of gingerbread, slate and white & red florals. Showing precision to the flavors, with vivid acid and well-textured structure, before finishing with nicely succulent length. Showing well - lots of primary intensity with just a bit of secondary emerging.

April 3, 2021 - HQ champagne dinner at home (Home): Disgorged August 2018. On the lees 6 years. 0 g sugar. 0 g sulfur. 51% PN/49% CH. The well known oxidative style from Marguet with aromas of grapefruit, fallout apple and caramel. Extremely high acidity and long finish.

December 31, 2020 - Nice expression, good acidity, rather restrained bubbles and overall aroma profile. A little disappointed with this showing.
