Community Tasting Notes 2

August 23, 2021 - An old school styled white burg that is firing on all cylinders. Rich core of orchard fruit with floral and mineral aromas. Dense, concentrated palate with excellent poise. Not a lot of flash, but so much substance in complexity and a confident palate presence.

August 23, 2021 - Burgundy Dinner with Friends (RPM Seafood - Chicago IL): An exceptional old-school white Burgundy drinking well now. So much orchard fruit start-to-finish with Grand Cru density and alert brightness. Long, lingering finish with everything perfectly harmonious.
