December 6, 2022 - Opaque purple color with aromas of dark berry fruit; medium to full body with balanced finish and impressive finish; definitly at it's peak but several years of drinking potential remain.
May 20, 2018 - Really nice, modern style, Bordeaux.
February 24, 2018 - Unfortunately for me, this wine is starting to drink really well, I've only got 4 bottles left ! I had a case delivered 4 years back and in the early days, I found the wine to have a strange taste to it, maybe too tannic ? The rough edge has now faded and wine is drinking really well now.

October 5, 2017 - Glossy, medium ruby color, but very opaque. Ripe red cherry with notes of campfire, dusty wood, and ash. Medium+ body with nicely coating tannins and a very earthy, high minerality, palate. Medium finish with toasted wood and cigar box.

February 18, 2017 - Full bodied, full flavor, yet smooth and easy drinking!
January 30, 2017 - Noticeably inky-black at pouring, purple at the very rim. Modest but complex nose of dark fruit, figs and tar; pleasant. Rich, dry dark red fruit and mineral flavors coat the tongue. Very nice balance of richness and tannins across the entire palate, with a pleasantly firm finish. Stands up well to full flavored food (for us, lamb neck stew and polenta). Delicious now, it may improve a bit for another year or two. Impressive for the price point and the year.
October 31, 2016 - Very nice wine, great QPR. Also drinking quite well right now, tastes at its peak. Exotic nose of black fruit and liqueur, also asian spice. Deep plum color, medium body. Very well-balanced on the palate, full sweet fruit all the way through with asian spice again on the finish....nice long finish. Very smooth and food friendly, exceeded expectations.
