Community Tasting Notes 1

August 24, 2005 - On the nose, citrus fruits dominated by lemon, lime and pear. On the palate, the same fruits in a candied texture, with a medium body that is slightly over acidic at this time. Short finish. Let it rest and hope for the best, but have a backup handy just in case.
